Take Me Back to 1977

                This past Thursday, in our Top 25 All-time Blue Jays’ Games post, we looked at the first ever Jays’ game on April 7, 1977. In that post, I mentioned that my Uncle Jeff and my cousins Jeff Jr and Richard were in attendance at the game. Well, Rich was kind enough to scan and email me some of the pages from the first ever Blue Jays’ program that he got that day as a souvenir, and has managed to keep in decent shape for the last 39 years.

                So let’s have a look at some of the ads from 1977 and try not to laugh at the cars, TVs and clothes from that era. And we’ll send a big thank-you to Rich for providing a nostalgic look at 1977.
